Delivery Policy

FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND, N. IRELAND AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ON ALL ORDERS OVER £750.00 + VAT*

Delivery Times

All orders received by 3pm Mon – Fri will be despatched SAME DAY subject to stock availability.
We will endeavour to provide 2-3 working day delivery for ALL orders unless stated otherwise.
All orders received between 3pm Fri and 8:30am Mon will be processed and despatched on the Monday.
If there is any query regarding the despatch of your order we will notify you via e-mail and it is important that you respond to any questions we may have as failure to respond may delay despatch of your order.
Ascot Cables Global do not accept any liability based on these delivery dates, as they are only a guideline based our level of service to date.

Delivery Method

Courier Service
Our standard method of delivery is Courier, expect for individual items weighting over 25kgs.
Pallet service
Any individual item weighting over 25kgs will be despatched via our Pallet Service.
We will contact you via an e-mail after your order has been placed to ensure you have forklift facilities to offload the pallet and confirm your delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE – Offshore and International orders are subject to surcharges. These rates will be automatically calculated but we may occasionally need to contact you for additional payment depending on the carrier used and the delivery area.

Refund / Cancelation Policy

If you wish to return a product for a refund or to exchange for another item then the following procedure is to be followed.
Items must be unused and still in the original packaging.
You must e-mail  Ascot Cables Global and request a Product Return Form (PRF). You must provide the following details:
1. Order Number (Provided at time of purchase and in your confirmation e-mail)
2. Full Name
3. Contact e-mail
4. Contact Phone Number
5. Address
6. Reason for Request (Refund, Exchange, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect)
7. Details of Request (e.g. if an exchange what do they want to exchange the product for)
We aim to e-mail you the PRF within 24hrs of your request (working days only, i.e excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). Do not return an item until you have been issued a PRF.
You must clearly mark the PRF number on the outside of any boxes or packaging used to return the goods.
NB: Do not mark the actual product, containers or original packaging.
You must return the goods recorded delivery via the Royal Mail or a Courier Company
